Shipping Time (Within USA)

We offer fastest shipping for all United States Orders.

    Shipping Time (Within United Kingdom)

    We provide shipping within 24 hours (same-day delivery) for all orders placed in the UK.

    Order Processing Time

    • (For United Kingdom Customers) Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 hours after making purchase.
    • (For United States Customers) Orders are processed and dispatched within 6-10 hours after making purchase.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    • During peak periods or promotions, order processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays via email.

    Shipping Rates:

    • Standard Shipping Rates 

      Orders over £100 items ship for free standard shipping. Orders under £100 items ship for standard shipping with flat rate charge of £9.99.

      Tracking Your Order

      Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the courier's website or via our tracking page on the Zyra Styles website.

      Shipping Address Changes

      Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. If you need to update your shipping information before dispatch, please contact our customer service team at help@zyrastyles.com as soon as possible.

      Missed or Failed Deliveries

      If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, or if the package is unclaimed at customs or your local postal service, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional shipping costs may apply to resend the package.

      Shipping Delays

      While we strive to deliver your orders within the specified timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, postal delays, or customs inspections may cause delays. Zyra Styles is not responsible for any shipping delays once your order has been dispatched.

      Lost or Damaged Packages

      If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at help@zyrastyles.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter.

      • For lost packages, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
      • For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and the product for review.

      Zyra Styles may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. These promotions will be applied automatically at checkout and will be subject to terms and conditions such as minimum purchase requirements, geographic restrictions, and time limitations.
