Refunds and Returns
General
Returns must be delivered to our e-commerce warehouse within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Any return received after 90 days will be returned to sender.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Receipt/Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support at help@zyrostyles.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the item.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and that you have a tracking number for the shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-7 business days.

Partial Refunds: Certain situations may result in only partial refunds, such as:
- Items returned after the 90-days return period
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please:
- Check your bank or credit card statement to confirm the refund hasn’t posted.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at help@zyrastyles.com, and after receiving approval, ship your item to:

6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
7. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
8. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
